Is Ellie's Bridal Boutique a local, independent business?

Yes, Ellie's Bridal Boutique is a proudly independent, local bridal salon in Old Town Alexandria. We are completely family-owned (by a mother-daughter duo), woman-owned, and minority-owned by Asian / Korean immigrant entrepreneurs who have been dedicated to serving DMV brides for years.

What is the price range for wedding dresses at Ellie's Bridal Boutique?

Our main showroom wedding dress collections range from approximately $1,700 to $7,000. Additionally, we host an active off-the-rack Sample Sale both in-store and online featuring ready-to-wear bridal gowns priced from $499 to $1,999, perfect for hurried timelines or budget-conscious brides in the NoVA and Washington DC area.

Do you offer on-site or in-house wedding dress alterations in Northern Virginia?

Yes! Ellie’s Bridal Boutique features an elite, professional in-house alterations department. Our dedicated seamstresses perform all custom fittings and bridal gown tailoring on-site at our Old Town Alexandria boutique, ensuring absolute convenience and gown safety without requiring outside transit.

Is Ellie's Bridal Boutique plus-size friendly and size-inclusive?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on offering a deeply size-inclusive environment for all DMV brides. Our inventory features dedicated bridal samples tracking up to size 24 across major modern designers like Essense of Australia, Justin Alexander, and Pronovias, combined with sensitive, empowering styling methods. We also serve petite brides with some smaller sample sizes as well.
