Terms of Sale Agreement

 

Please read the following carefully.
Your order will not be placed until we have record of your agreement to the following Terms of Sale.

 
  1. Customer acknowledges placement of special order and/or receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  2. Minimum 50% deposit required at time customer places special order. Gowns purchased off-the-rack must be paid in full.

  3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No deposit on any item will be refunded or transferred to any other article.

  4. Customer is responsible for providing an accurate deadline ("Wedding Date") for product delivery at time of order.

  5. Customer is responsible for authorizing final sizing and length.

  6. Hollow-to-Hem and Extra length is available at additional charge. 

  7. Neither store nor manufacture is responsible for dye lot variations.

  8. Balance must be paid in full within 30 days of gown arriving in store or before alterations are started.

  9. When purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold in 'as is' condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be customer's responsibility.

  10. We offer alteration services at an additional charge.

  11. Estimated shipping/delivery dates are not guaranteed. Unannounced and unexpected delays are not subject to refund or compensation.

  12. Customers will be notified via email of any important order updates, including gown arrival. It is recommended for customer to add "info@elliesbridal.com" to email contact list. Store is not responsible for emails landing in "Spam" or "Promotions" folders. 

  13. No personal checks on final pick up of gown. Credit card, debit card, and cash are accepted for all transactions.

  14. WEDDING CANCELLED - Customer has thirty days from wedding date on file to make final payment or deposit shall be forfeited and the goods may be sold or disposed.
