INTRODUCING… ELLIE’S BRIDAL VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS & AT-HOME EXPERIENCE!
We are here, and we are committed to bringing your bridal appointment right to you through scheduled Zoom or FaceTime meetings. Our stylists will still guide you through your style options, show you available gowns, and relay a lot of helpful information like we do normally in store.
After your initial consultation, you’ll be able to select dresses or accessories to try on at home. We’re committed to helping you create beautiful memories and prepare for important life events, even in the midst of chaos. We believe that it’s important to look forward to celebration and remember that even if things get delayed, love cannot be cancelled.
*Both bridal gown and accessory-only virtual appointments are available.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: SCHEDULE ON OUR WEBSITE
Schedule a Zoom or FaceTime consultation with your bridal stylist directly on our website. Availability may change depending on appointment demand.
STEP 2: SEND US PHOTOS
Send us a link to your Pinterest board of wedding dress inspiration or email us with photos of your favorite gown styles so your personal bridal consultant can prepare for your appointment in advance.
STEP 3: SET UP YOUR VIDEO CALL
Your stylist will hop on a Zoom or FaceTime call to guide you through available dresses in our inventory and find dresses you’d like to try.
Even if you are not ready to try on any gowns at this time, you will still get a sneak peak inside our salon, understand what options are available for you, and get a head start on your appointment once you are able to have a physical appointment in the near future.
Step 4: Upgrade to the full at-home experience
Together with your bridal consultant, you will curate a bridal collection to try on at home! Your consultant will walk you through everything you need to know about trying on wedding gowns, including clamping, measuring, etc.
Step 5: try on at home
Select a pick-up time, make UPS shipping arrangements, or we may even be able to deliver straight to your door ourselves. Arrange all the details with your personal stylist - she’s got you covered no matter what. She can even join you on another video call when you are trying on at home to guide you every step of the way!
STEP 6: SAY YES!
Virtual Dance Party!! We will ensure you have everything you need at home, including a measuring tape, and talk you through the finishing steps of saying yes to your perfect dress!

Try on 1 gown
The initial consultation is free.
A non-refundable security deposit of $60 will be charged to your credit card prior to finalizing gowns to try on at home. The card number will be held securely on file while the dresses are out of store.
If a dress is purchased, the entire deposit amount will be applied towards the purchase.
Additional shipping fees will apply if curbside pick-up is not possible.
Try on 3 gowns
The initial consultation is free.
A non-refundable security deposit of $125 will be charged to your credit card prior to finalizing gowns to try on at home. The card number will be held securely on file while the dresses are out of store.
If a dress is purchased, the entire deposit amount will be applied towards the purchase.
Additional shipping fees will apply if curbside pick-up is not possible.
If a second round of dresses are requested, the initial set must be received back before the new set is sent/picked up. Additional fees will be applied, depending on number of gowns selected.
Try on 4 gowns
Available when one of our stylists delivers straight to your door! You don’t have to leave your home at all or worry about arranging UPS parcel pick-up when you return your gowns, AND you get to try on an extra gown.
A non-refundable security deposit of $160 will be charged to your credit card prior to finalizing gowns to try on at home. The card number will be held securely on file while the dresses are out of store.
FINE PRINT
Pickup & drop off available during normal weekday store business hours only.
A late fee of $20/day will be assessed if dresses are not returned within the allotted time frame.
If dresses are damaged, fees will apply up to full retail price of gown.
All gowns will be disinfected and sanitized prior to pick-up and upon return.
